Liquid rosewater:
According to tradition 50 liters of water are considered for each every 30 kg of flower and the rosewater obtained from this amount is near 30 liters and is called “liquid or aromatic rosewater”.
Re-distillated rosewater:
re-distillation of liquid rosewater creates a product which is called re-distillated or standard rosewater. This type is better than the normal water and has much bitter taste and smell than liquid rosewater but it has the greatest therapeutic effect since its water has been evaporated and the resulting rosewater has higher concentration. Thus, this rosewater is suitable household and treatment use.
Purified rosewater:
re-distillation of re-distillated rosewater created a re-distillated rosewater with higher concentration which is very aromatic and is in fact called “pure and genuine rosewater” which is rarely offered on the market.
Sometimes flowers that have turned into pulp are mixed with a little amount of fresh flowers and are used for reproduction of rosewater which is called “waste rosewater” which has a low quality and naturally a low effectiveness and no therapeutic effects.
