Red long chilli

Red long chillies can be up to 15 cm long and ripen from green to red. When red, these vegetables are a treat to the eyes. Besides the way it looks, red chilli imparts a characteristic hot taste to the dishes and is used very popularly in many dishes. The crown is green in color and one can see many tiny white seeds inside. These seeds carry the hot and spicy taste with them.
